These Terms of Sale govern purchases made from VeraChain Labs (“we”, “us”, “VeraChain”) by institutional buyers (“you”, “Buyer”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Research-Use Restriction
All products are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research. Products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, in-vivo diagnostic use, or any other consumer use. By ordering you represent that you are a qualified researcher or an authorized purchasing agent for a qualified research institution.
2. Institutional Accounts
Purchases require a VeraChain institutional account. Accounts are issued after review of a submitted application. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke accounts at our discretion.
3. Payment
Payment is by credit or debit card at checkout. Prices are in US dollars, exclusive of any applicable taxes or shipping fees. Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.
4. Shipping
Orders ship within the United States only, to institutional addresses only. Shipping times and methods are described in our Shipping Policy.
5. Returns
Research chemicals are not returnable once shipped. Claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be made within seven (7) calendar days of delivery by contacting [email protected].
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VeraChain’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the sale of a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product. We make no representations or warranties as to fitness for any particular purpose beyond the specifications published for each lot.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
