Because VeraChain products are research chemicals, they cannot be returned once shipped. Claims for damaged, incorrect, or short shipments must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Contact [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. Where a claim is validated, we will at our option reship the product, issue store credit, or refund the original payment method.
