USPS Priority Mail: flat $12.95 per order.
Free shipping on orders over $200 subtotal.
Delivery time
Orders ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Wire transfer orders ship after funds clear (typically 1 to 2 business days). Cryptocurrency orders ship after payment is confirmed on the blockchain (typically same day).

Address suitability
Buyer represents that the shipping address is accurate, lawful, secure, and suitable for receipt of research materials. VeraChain Labs may decline shipment to addresses that create compliance, delivery, fraud, safety, or chain-of-custody concerns, including freight-forwarding addresses, mail-drop addresses, hotel addresses, or other addresses inconsistent with research-use receipt.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon transfer to the carrier, except where non-waivable law requires otherwise. VeraChain Labs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by any third party.
Lost or damaged packages
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery or expected delivery date, with order number, photographs, packaging evidence, and carrier documentation. Contact [email protected].
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact the buyer to arrange reshipment. The buyer is responsible for reshipment costs.
