COA Status

COA Status

Every production lot of every SKU is independently tested. This page shows what’s tested, what’s in testing now, and what’s queued next. We update it as samples ship and COAs return.

All testing is done by Bioviridian Inc., an analytical lab in College Station, Texas. COAs are hosted on Bioviridian’s verification portal at bioviridians.com/coa-search.html. To verify any COA, enter the COA number directly on Bioviridian’s portal. You’re looking at the lab’s own records, not a document we generated.

We don’t grade our own homework. The lab issues the COA, the lab hosts it, the lab verifies it. We just ship the product.

Current testing status across all SKUs

Live status for each product appears on its own product page as a COA Status badge. The consolidated verified-lot table is below. Status values: COA Published, In Testing, Testing Queued.

About Bioviridian Inc.

Bioviridian Inc. is an analytical lab in College Station, Texas specializing in peptide identity, purity, and net content analysis using HPLC and mass spectrometry. They host COAs on their own verification portal with batch number lookup, so customers can verify any VCL COA directly with the lab. They work with multiple established research peptide vendors.

What “tested” means here

Not all third-party testing is equivalent. Here is what Bioviridian runs on every VCL lot:

HPLC purity analysis. High-performance liquid chromatography measures what percentage of the sample is the target compound. A product can be high-purity and still be the wrong molecule.

Mass spectrometry identity confirmation. MS confirms that the compound present is actually the one labeled. Observed molecular weight is checked against theoretical molecular weight for the claimed compound. This is the test that catches wrong-compound substitution.

Net peptide content. Measures actual peptide present in the sample, accounting for counterions, water, and residual solvents. A vial labeled 10mg contains 10mg of peptide, not 10mg of peptide-adjacent material.

Each test result ties to a specific batch ID. That batch ID is printed on your vial label and corresponds to the COA linked from the product page. Every COA carries a unique number you can enter at bioviridians.com/coa-search.html to pull the record directly from Bioviridian’s server. VCL is not in that verification chain.

Why some products show “Testing Queued”

Independent third-party lab testing costs $100 to $150 per SKU per lot. We launched with a verification commitment bigger than our launch budget. Rather than hide that or fake documentation (which is depressingly common in this space), we publish testing status in real time. Every COA gets done. The order depends on budget and inventory velocity.

If a SKU shows “Testing Queued,” the inventory exists and the sample has been pulled. It is waiting on the next testing cycle. We do not ship a product as “COA Published” until the COA number is live on Bioviridian’s portal.

Order options for queued products

If you don’t want to order from a “Queued” SKU until its COA is published, that’s reasonable. Place the order anyway and tell us in the order notes. We’ll hold your reservation against that lot and notify you the day the COA posts.

If you’d rather wait to pay, email [email protected] and we’ll add you to the COA-ready notification list for that compound.
